Hard nylon insert is extruded for long life and is oil- and grease-resistant
Copper insert is heat-resistant and gentler on steel parts
Reinforced cast iron housing with enlarged wall thicknesses and struts also increases the weight of the head for greater impact force
Ergonomic fiberglass handle is break resistant and has a non-slip handle
As with all Halder mallets, every part is replaceable
