Black rubber insert is medium-hard and offers strong impact cushioning
White extruded nylon insert is hard and offers tremendous wear resistance
Reinforced cast iron housing with enlarged wall thicknesses and struts also increases the weight of the head for greater impact force
Ergonomic fiberglass handle is break resistant and has a non-slip handle
As with all Halder mallets, every part is replaceable
